Training Package

The current endorsed training package from which the VCE VET Hospitality program is structured is the SIT07 Tourism, Hospitality and Events Training Package. VCE VET Program Structure

There are two programs on offer from the commencement of 2009 for the VCE VET program. Students may complete SIT20207 Certificate II in Hospitality with selected units of competence from SIT30707 Certificate III in Hospitality and/or may choose to complete SIT20307 Certificate II in Hospitality (Kitchen Operations). Tourism and hospitality industry requirements for assessors

In addition to holding the required units from TAA40104 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, assessors conducting assessments for qualifications at Certificate II level and above must satisfy training package requirements.
