Home Economics Victoria is a unique professional subject association as we are able to offer nationally recognised training in our capacity as a Registered Training Organisation (provider number 21603).

We offer a solid program of accredited and non-accredited training programs that provide teachers with professional learning and nationally recognised industry endorsed training responsive to the needs of home economics teachers and teachers delivering VET Hospitality.

We are accredited to deliver:

  • 21868VIC Vocational Graduate Diploma of Home Economics Education
  • SIT20207 Certificate II in Hospitality
  • SIT20307 Certificate II in Hospitality (Kitchen Operations)
  • SIT30707 Certificate III in Hospitality

Vocational Graduate Diploma of Home Economics Education

While it took over two years to develop Home Economics Victoria stands proud that as a professional association we have developed our own nationally recognised Vocational Graduate Diploma of Home Economics Education. This initiative supports postgraduate training to qualify already trained teachers in Victoria in home economics education.
