Description:
Currently teaching home economics/ food studies without any formal qualification in this method? Could do with some tips on how to deliver the subject confidently and safely in a practical setting? This short course will provide you with the basic skills to deliver practical food studies classes safely and correctly. Delivered by a highly experienced food studies teacher, who will cover everything from cooking demonstrations, to kitchen hazards, kitchen classroom operation and class timing.
